The apartment has two balconies and is situated in the centre of the picture. The 4th floor apartment has fantastic views.

The dining area has a table and 4 chairs.

The apartment has a TV that has BBC1, BBC2 and ITV as well as French Cable TV. There is also a DVD player if you want to bring your own entertainment.

Sofa bed and chair.
The sofa bed converts into two single beds. Another bed pulls out form the bottom. Both are very comfortable. Converting to and bed and back is very quick and easy.

The bedroom has storage space.
The bedroom has a double bed with integral draws, a place to hang your clothes and a chest of draws.
The bathroom. You enter from the entrance hall.
The bathroom has a toilet, bath, wall mounted shower and washing machine. Everything you would expect in a modern self catering apartment.

After a long day on the slopes or walking in the mountains a hot shower is the perfect tonic. No squatting in the bath. The wall mounted shower lets you stand.

The sink is above the washing machine and has a large mirror behind it. Handy for shaving and applying layers of orange slap if you work at a perfume counter.

The apartment has fantastic views of Chamonix. Sunrise over Les Dru is spectacular and a great way to enjoy a cup of coffee.

The apartment has fantastic views. The L'Aguille Du Midi is very impressive at any time of the day.
Le Brévent bathed in the early morning sun.
On the opposite side of the valley to L'Aguille Du Midi is Le Brévent. Great for skiing in the winter and in the summer, walking and the view.

The Property
Everything is set up for seasonal accommodation in Chamonix. The a self catered apartment comfortably sleeps four people. The price includes the use of the flat, and sheets for up to 4 people, tourist tax and secure underground parking.
